Owner Notes:
Rouse found this car converted to a tractor by Harry O'Connell. It was hanging on a chain in a Boy Scout Camp barn. Body was given to someone else, but reunited with original frame. Car was on an endurance run in 1901, from New York to Buffalo, when President McKinley was shot and tour was ended. Picture on page 194 Packard Book (Kimes). Letter on file supporting story.
