This car is the earliest Model 30 Packard known to exist. 16" steering wheel. Cap on oil reserve tank is different then any I've seen but looks original. 1957 AACA Roster shows Joe McNutt as owner. 1961 AACA Roster shows Chambers as owner. Car was originally sold by the Packard agency in Pittsburg, PA.
